We would need to discuss the type of portrait you would like and I would need to approve the reference photographs before I can accept a commission.

Once your photographs have been approved then we can decide on other aspects like the composition and background of the artwork. I do not frame the portraits as I feel this is a personal decision and is better if the piece is framed by a professional. As my paintings are on paper the work will need to be framed under glass for protection. I do provide a mount for presentation and protection of the artwork during delivery.

Upon nearing completion of the portrait I will send you a preview of the artwork for approval, making any alterations you feel are necessary. There is no obligation to buy the portrait if you are truly not happy with the result (although this has not happened yet!)

The portrait will then be sent to you by Royal Mail Recorded delivery.
